Every car I have ever owned has worked that way. You don’t get the high beams AND the fog lights on at the same time. It’s low beams + fog lights or high beams + no fog lights.
Yeah, no. Passengers won't be commandeering my radio. They can put their headphones on.
The idea of seasons always makes me laugh in the car business. People buy sports cars in spring like winter will never come and buy SUVs in fall as if spring will never come.
She couldn’t be more right on every point. A+
Economies of scale, as others have said. No point building 2 different 3.6 v6's
Exactly. Any tribute to Prince would’ve been a disaster considering the rest of the performances and the general production.
And to think that he will likely be lurking around the White House skeeving on the secretaries in a few months.
You’re not paying respect to the GOVERNMENT when you stand for the national anthem, you are paying respect to your COUNTRY. Huge difference.
I think one of the reasons the big automakers don’t switch their midsize trucks to uni-body is that they sell these trucks in 3rd world countries with much worse road conditions.
So what if a classic car is the ONLY car a person owns?
The styling is a major issue. Sports cars get their sales early in the cycle, when the styling is new. If the styling isn’t perceived as new, that’s a big problem. I honestly can’t tell you if I’ve seen a new Camaro on the road. I’d have to really stop and look at one to be able to tell.
It’s not just speed, cars and trucks have got overall capabilities far exceeding what they will ever be subjected to in real life. Amazing engineering to be sure, but wasted effort and increased costs that are passed on to the consumers just for some bragging rights.
Justin may be an immature douche, but he is right. “Fans” have no right making nasty comments about photos he posts. He was correct to call them out on it.
Free trade is great!!! So they keep telling. But free trade between radically different economies has tended to balance out the wealth between there rich and the poor country - hence manufacturing job losses in the richer country.
Love it!
Instead of calling out Tesla Model 3 depositors as kind of dummies, BMW should have framed the ads in a “while you are waiting, you could be driving this...” way. They could at least get a 3 year lease out of these people while they wait for the Model 3 to arrive.
GM is making the same mistake as Nissan with the Leaf, and Ford with the Focus Electric - assuming the goal of electric car early adopters is low cost of ownership and low cost of purchase - hence the econo car cheap look and feel of these cars. When in reality I am sure that the typical electric car buyer is above…
You’re asking people who couldn’t program their VCR, who can’t operate the bluetooth in their current car to now operate an autonomous car where they will soon have the assumption that it will just magically cart them around with no input on their part. Ought to be fun.
Ford thought they needed a front wheel drive Mustang once, too. While Chevy is at it, why not a 4 door Corvette to compete with the Panamera? Lets go crazy.
