The university levels typically abide by the same or similar rules that the national sports follow, which themselves often are the same or similar to IOC rules. Will those wins be considered valid by a university though? That’s actually a very good question, I’d assume every university would probably have a different

I can’t speak to the specifics of the university level but considering that there are areas where mixed gender wrestling is fairly common, it may not matter as long as he can

Im saying all that may be forfeited anyway at the university level if his wins against girls are invalidated.

One, he wont know how good he is until he is fighting boys his age.

Gender dysphoria is a recognized mental health issue, true, and many people are treated exclusively, and successfully, with psychotherapy without any hormone or surgical treatments.

So, in your opinion, its fine to have girls fighting, and losing, against a boy?

Of course its ridiculous and he should be fighting other boys but thats NOT my question.
