Bubbleman, I feel that by holiday 2013, that excuse won't be very passable. 4K displays will be hitting stores at the same time, and while they will be astronomically expensive, it would be depressing if we still can't consistently manage legitimate 1080p on our game consoles.

We have exclusives because some developers, like Naughty Dog, are owned by platform holders, like Sony Computer Entertainment.
