First of all, on obvious question—what's your go-to method of making coffee every day? (I use an Aeropress and love it, though I know most serious coffee folks are adamant that pour over is the way to go).

Those programs can save in Office formats. Just tell them to save as the right format for the final copy.

Could you not open both Excel and Numbers files in GogleDocs? I did a quick search and its seems to be a possibility.

Oh yeah, done should be archive, but there should also be a delete function added to the menu. I don't think it adds that much more complexity to put a delete icon somewhere in there, seeing as the reminder and pinning icons are new ones people don't know how to use yet but the trashcan icon is self-explanatory.
