“Middling” is the exact word for this boring, overinflated writing staff and cast. How in the world it takes a cast of almost 2 dozen to bring us this crap is beyond me.

He was warm and funny in his monologue, nimble in some weak sketch material, and yelled “Believe women!” in the goodnights.

That really bugs me, too. The way I see it, a skit is something that 12-year-olds perform on the last day of summer camp, or that middle management performs for the staff at a corporate retreat.
