You should have said something much sooner. If you’re paying for a service and that service does not occur you should say something. You can be polite without being a total pushover. 

It’s far from being ‘on a whole new level’ ... Have you never played a beta? This works wonderfully compared to most. 

Good job him and stuff. I just want to point out that this was only match 3, and it really... not... that impressive. His enemies missed SO many shots.
