I think my biggest surprise was Pokémon ditching the "third version" for DLC, which essentially changes the structure they've had for 25 years now since Yellow happened. 

I also despise football but have been exposed to it enough due to the fact that I live in Brazil and it’s literally inescapable but yeah, professional players have super bouncy and shiny and sometimes too much ironed out flattened hair. I’m impressed with those graphics.
