Why sue the city and not the police? Seems like a much easier argument would have been "police shouldn't have broken city laws to chase down traffic violations in an unsafe manner" than "one way street is unsafe when people drive the wrong way". 

I hope the jury award them extra damages just from that distasteful statement.

LOL, whenever I hear crap like “under tired” I assume it’s someone who either hasn’t bought enough tires in their life or works at tire rack. I personally hate spending money on street tires, and I have a Coats in the garage. Pissing away money on a consumable like tires purely for cosmetic reasons is not only stupid…
