Hmm. I personally haven’t found a game-mode outside of Mayhem in which a special determines if a certain class is obsolete or not. Honestly, it’s a little extra on the side if you ask me.

Overall, I’d say hunters are the best in PVP. They seem to be better when it comes down to speed and agility, so basically anyone who’s ‘good’ at Destiny in general can easily out-smart and out-play any titan or warlock. Especially when that hunter is good at sniping, not even a shotgun can stop a decent…
