You (and apparently Mr. Vago as well) seem to confuse Dutch tv with Danish tv.
Dutch television brought you the most hated reality television there has ever been. American Idol was developed here, but it was called Idols, Big Brother was also made in the Netherlands and then exported to every country in the world.
