I liked the episode until Rumple turned back into the dark one, I'm pretty sure Emma combined the sword and excaliber, else why would Excalibur have both emma swan and Killian's name on it, only the dagger should've had her name on it. But I guess that magical conduit crap gave birth to the dagger I guess.

You would be ignoring all the fictional example of where in regards to certain circumstances the Government doesn't care about the rights of an individual.

Unless you're saying that Mystique from the X-men had bad CGI, then I don't know what to say since they were pretty much identical.
