I swear to god, this Saab still looks modern and fresh today. Oh, Saab. Why’d you have to leave us? Timeless design.

“We look at, how does the car work together,” some random aftermarket tuner said. “What is the chassis balance, what is the powertrain for that, and where we landed on that—900hp 2Jz swap provides us with the best combination of vehicle power and acceleration to the weight and chassis.”
Because 2 Door lifestyle trucks are the niche market, and crew cabs are the norm.
Lets put things into perspective. 35k Violated the $200 rule- 65,000,000 in the campaign. That is .o53%, not half a percent, not even a tenth of a percent- a half of a tenth of a percent. Honestly I am surprised that its that small, for gods sake the man was running for senate in Texas and carried all of Houston and…
I think he’s likely a Pac 10 or Big 10 fan and is sick of seeing the SEC over represented in the playoffs.
I mean, in my 4Runners you can only lock the rear in 4-low too... from the factory.
You’ll easily be able to get a used one with 78K on the clock for $2K under original MSRP.
Not if you take the top off the Taco.
There has never been a rear sway bar disconnect. Regarding the Wranglers, they have said that it’s just an incredibly flexy rear swaybar, and they saw minimal returns with disconnecting, with a more sever handling penalty. I don’t have my source for that though... I’ve read way too much Jeep shit over the years.
I like it. It is quite retro, even though it’s entirely new. Square is good.
I can’t say with a straight face that they are better than any other vehicle on that list, but each one of those will sell more than any of the others on this list save the Gladiator.
If I were a Jeep fan I’d be rejoicing that this is getting made and hope they sell a million of them. Just think of all the clean, never offroad, used models that will be available in a few years!
I bet a 3 inch lift and 35's solves most of those problems. Worth it to have Dana 44's instead of IFS.
I haven’t looked up specs. But, from the picture above, it looks like its cause this thing is long AF, lol.
I’m going to be in the market for one of these in the second MY of the diesel production. My car should be approaching purge by then, and frankly, the 5(?) foot bed is perfect and resolves my complaints about the Wrangler rear space (I have two kids, need space for shit, do a bunch of house projects).
a bunch of bridges/overpasses in Houston have all sorts of big chunks missing from them so it’s possible. Not sure how good the infrastructure is exactly where this happen
To Everyone saying this has been done before- No it hasn’t. This is a 4 door convertible truck. Until now Jeeps could not do two things. Tow and Haul small loads. This literally does both while still being a Wrangler. IF this comes in close to Wrangler pricing with a sport JKU(Truck) starting near 30k, with the…
You aren’t missing anything but inevitable disappointment TBH. In’N’Out is fine, it’s a good fast food burger, but it’s been hyped as if it’s the second coming of Christ in burger form and it sure as shit isn’t that.
In n’ Out Burger is solid. Back before the modern “good” burger chains popped up (Five Guys, Smashburger, Shake Shack, etc.) my assumption is that they were revolutionary and truly a step up from readily available burgers. These days their greatest strength is still having really well done simple burgers, but at a…
Just imagine what you could do with 25 grand in the aftermarket. New dana axles, amazing suspension, bumpers, winch...all kids of gear. Hell even leather seats. 25 grand goes a LONG way.
