AI looks like it wasnt implemented yet. The art was beautiful. And you say anime tropes like its a bad thing. Which tropes do you want? American ones? Euro ones? Generic Japanese ones? Because there is nothing made anymore, ever, without tropes.

It was only popular amounst kids really. Also didnt have much to do with gaming. So didnt jive over here. Undertale was much more popular in gaming circles. I would venture to say more people would actually know what Undertale was then ever of heard of Homestruck.

Pausing and quitting just before the final blow is kinda shitty. Let them depelte that life bar and get the “you win” on screen or whatever. Pausing just before is pretty damn annoying.
