There are literally hundreds of people out there with all the ribbons on a single pokemon. Maybe not a Delibird but I have Yanmega my friend has a Mawile...people go and compare all there ribbons. There are forums and threads dedicated to this already.

personally I feel the nemesis system was overblow. It didn’t really amount to much, unless you actively let them go, you just kept killing them and new ones would take their place randomly. (Unless one actually killed you)
