Apparently a lot of people either had to fast forward or turn away, so no worries.

It was just his left hand, I think.

Maybe the teens, but the young, cute healthy ones like Hannah would probably be adopted out to the Commanders and their wives, which is what happens in the book.

I assumed she'd been adopted and it was a Commander's big fancy house, and the lady who brought her out was a Martha.

Hannah was actually adopted by a Commander and his wife, and that was their house (at least if they're sticking to the book, where Offred's daughter is adopted out but she only sees a picture of her).

Was she really a feminist and a non-bigot, though? I think she was supposed to have been a cross between Phyllis Schlafly and Ann Coulter.

I would imagine if anything Moira will bond with the mute Handmaid, and maybe they'll help each other to start healing.

In the book I seem to recall doctors are called to hang around the house for the births, but only called into the birthing room if something goes really wrong. You would think that given all the risks and low odds of a healthy baby they'd want a hospital setting, but maybe it goes back to the biblical notion that

Commander Putnam's wife demanded they throw the book at him. The book apparently involves having your left hand cut off.

But neater and with anesthesia.

I remember that. I think she actually did cut into her leg/foot thus releasing the toxins and saving her life.

I watched the whole scene, and it looked like just the left.

Just the left one I thought, at least that's all that was shown (and I did manage to watch the whole scene).

I don't remember the exact quote but Serena Joy shows Offred a picture of her daughter dressed in white, as the daughters of the Commanders are. So if it wasn't stated, it's pretty heavily implied.

In the book (spoiler alert), Hannah was adopted out to a Commander and his wife. And only the elite were allowed Handmaids, so they could probably "recruit" enough from the lower classes (in the book there was a strict caste system even among party members) to keep it going.

The Econowives were arranged marriages for lower-level party members. On the show Offred says in voice-over that Nick hasn't been assigned a woman yet. As for future generations, only the elite were issued Handmaids, and there would probably be enough fertile lower-class women that they could charge with trumped-up

At first I was like "wait, did Donald Glover come back at some point?"

The Mountain wasn't dead yet, just fatally poisoned, so Qyburn doesn't have the power to bring back the dead like Melisandre does. It was also implied that there wasn't much of Tommen left to bring back after his jump.

Closed captions said "Robert".

The closed captions got most of it. "Robert will kill him, you know he will". He was wiping out all the Targaryens, including babies.
