“Because DCM is so common in Dobermans...” ...what?

The biggest hole in this article is what “Cuba” means.

I’m not getting my hopes up, NOT because I want JJ to fail or desire the movie to be terrible, but because anytime that a big franchise film comes out, people think it’s the greatest thing ever. When the nostalgia/hype goes away, people can see the film for what it is and NOT for what they (or others) hope it is.

Come on, DoD, you’re not trying hard enough! What we really need all the billions we spend on taxes to go towards is this:

I feel you! I have a Galaxy S3 that I plan on keeping until it literally dies because it’s in perfect shape and I have rooted it and run Android 5.1.1, so it doesn’t feel old or slow by any means.

The fact that AdBlock Plus doesn’t block all ads—and that advertisers can pay money to not be blacklisted—made me turn from them a long time ago.

I really wish this didn’t require you to download a stupid proprietary launcher and installer (Epic Games launcher).

The fact that they premiered this during Jimmy Kimmel tells you that even Warner Bros. is grasping for straws in getting people excited for the film...and finding the prime airtime to do it.

Even better than having them acknowledge the flaws of the movie after the fact would be to acknowledge them DURING production and you know, avoid the whole mess altogether.

Since when does adding some propellers onto a toy make someone a “badass”?

Ironically enough, I am on the Verizon Loyalty Plan for myself (since my family decided to go with T-Mobile, and I didn’t want to join them) and have been for two and a half years...and my plan doesn’t qualify for these promos.

Well, considering how many stores Target is closing in the US and Canada, going out of my way to go to to Target for these savings seems more and more pointless. I might be spending more money in gas and time just getting there than the savings I would get.

Why are these just a limited edition and only in France? These should be included in any Lego set past a certain size/# of pieces.

This first “test” was just to show that we go where we want, whenever we want, regardless of China’s bogus territorial claims on these manmade islands.

Here’s a Russian state TV “special” on the incident with the Yorktown. This is on the 10th year anniversary, before Putin or Medvedev were in power, and the propaganda level is at maximum. It’s absurd!

Fair point...I guess China really needs to decide if they want to avoid the possibility of being fired upon (by using a PLAN warship) or if they want to pretend to have plausible deniability (by using a “civilian” fishing boat).

The Soviets did it back in the 80s, and we didn’t come to blows then either. And that was even less ambiguous in terms of whether the USN vessel was supposed to be there:

I still do, for a few reasons:

I don’t expect China to sit around and watch. I fully expect a barrage of radio calls (like what they did to the Navy P-8 a while ago) along with some ramming by fishing boats and maybe even PLAN warships.

Is there an equivalent to this regarding kendo?
