I think you're reading into the YouTube title a little too much by asking what Cincinnati has to do with this experiment. I'm from Cincy and it honestly just looks like it's someone from the area that did the experiment, adding the place name to the title.

I commend their desire, effort and hard work in putting this together, but MAN was it cheesy. I can't take this seriously because of little details like the use of paintball masks, Nerf toys, and bigger problems like dialogue shallower than a kiddie pool and video editing that was way below what I would expect.

Was it dangerous? Perhaps. Faking an emergency? Probably not kosher. Could the music choice have been a bit more seamless? Sure.
