I had tickets to see Nick Offerman as Ignatius last Friday, but couldn't leave to get down to Boston in time because there were TWO gas leaks in my basement. I hope the show is awesome!

If they were really committed to it they would have stuffed themselves inside the robot's body on set, like Kenny Baker.

I've really been admiring the style and, oddly, the cgi. The bit in the first episode where they're driving around a stealth bomber doesn't look remotely real, but it doesn't have to. It manages to be convincing enough to make the scene feel real and never took me out of the moment and that's really all that matters.

I thought Orphan Black had a fantastic season, I was surprised not to see it mentioned more. That being said, it's kind of mind-boggling how much amazing TV is out there, I don't have time for all this!

I finally gave season 2 a chance last night and ended up watching 5 episodes. It's amazing how well they managed to correct some of the problems of the first season and kept Tandy's dickishness but also made him a lot more human. And it's still funny as hell, especially Kristen Schall.

Does anyone else insist on watching this with Die Hard as an Alan Rickman Christmas movie double-header?

That's fucking disturbing.

Somewhere there's probably a guy who watched the episode and decided that Jessica was a bitch for "friendzoning" Kilgrave after he went through all that effort for her.

Upvoted for comment/profile name synergy. Also, don't worry, I didn't.

I'm going to this weekend.

I would love for Hannity to confront me on the street and ask me why I haven't proposed to my girlfriend, that way I won't have to travel to his city to punch him in the face.

They are all available to buy on Amazon Video, but other than the first season they're $19.99 per season, which is pretty pricey.

I hope the 4th movie is a time-travel story where the crew goes back to the 90's and actually encounters the Beastie Boys, which then explains how they have a line in Intergalactic about 'a pinch on the neck from Mr Spock'.

"Let's never do that again." You and I agree about something, Chris Pine.

Awesome, I'll probably check yours out today! Just out of curiosity, did you find the hidden Yoshi in my level?

I won't be playing much this weekend, heading down to Boston for Hanukkah with mi'lady's family, but I did manage to upload a new Mario Maker level last night - Crowded Airship: B6E0-0000-0113-E4E4. I'm much more satisfied with it than I was with my first level, but the pace is still a little more hectic that I want

I listened to a Nerdist interview with him a few years ago, it's well worth tracking down if you haven't heard it. He's funny and charming and generally great, and tells some really good stories.

That sounds truly terrifying. Though that's kind of what Donald Trump is…

You'd think he would at least be able to use 4G LTE.

Kony 2012!
