good news, everyone! no one will be living on this planet soon.

Would you need convincing to be someone’s friend if they feed you good food, have a comfy couch you can always sleep on, always gives you positive reinforcement, pick up your poop and wipe your butt for you?

THC degrades the formation of the beta amyloid plaques that cause Alzheimer’s. She needs to go to Amsterdam or Seattle or Uruguay or something.

Let’s face it: anytime would be a good time to rewatch Attack the Block. Because it’s a great damn film.

Such poor planning. No security, or velvet ropes, and you arrange the expensive ass art like a giant game of fucking dominoes.

Emma Stone gets nailed twice of course, being both a woman and Asian.

You’re wrong.

Nope, too soon. It’s none of my business and I’m glad they’re all happy but all the hair stands on the back of my neck when this happens

It would be too soon FOR YOU. Grief affects each of us differently, and there is no timetable that we all must follow.

Yes, it’s not far. But here’s another thought - the guy was working a crappy job to try to save up and get a car. Now that he’s got one, he might be able to find a better paying job that’s further away. He might be able to attend some career training after/before work to get into a career.

It’s a lot for an American

I’m hoping that these classic editions are just prepping people for the inevitable Virtual Console that includes ALL of these games and more. That might be wishful thinking. OK, it’s wishful thinking.

Seems like it’ll be a neat solution for collectors but I honestly just want these games on my Switch. SNES games are great on the 3ds. but they are a little hard to appreciate on the small screen. The Switch like the perfect device for SNES games - with the caveat that it still lacks a joypad. Hmm.

Yeah, unless someone dedicates their entire existence to a cause, how dare they have any sort of opinion or stance on the matter! I mean, it’s not like social issues affect anyone other than those who live and breathe them. Until that magical day when humans evolve to be multifaceted and can grasp the concept of doing

I for one am tired of celebrities being asked about social issues. Like these people are singers, actors and whatnot. They aren’t (with a few exceptions) dedicating their lives to a struggle, they’re dedicated to a craft (also a noble endavour). Like, the reason why I can’t see it for Kendrick Lamar is because that

Today I learned the price of an innocent man’s life is “two jobs, possibly, depending on how good their union contract is.”

I take issue with the usage of “mentally disabled”. I have Asperger’s and poor social skills, but I sure-as-shit could out visually-systematically-spatialize anything more completely than an overwhelming majority of humans. I’m not mentally disabled because I don’t give a shit about other people in public/small talk.

Folks who are saying you need to "understand" the request and "explain the consequences" or "redirect to another activity" have no understanding what this is about.
This is for repetitive requests for the same activity, sometimes after a explanation, many times without.
Sometimes a parent answers no simply because

I understand that you are feeling disappointed. You prejudged parents who would use this technique and assumed that they are not very good parents. Instead, maybe you could try assuming that most parents do try to explain things to their children and do try to help their children understand their feelings. Maybe
