I am a mere civil lit bozo in CA, so I trust your judgment. Which, causes me to feel relief. If there was a Jameison Winston-type case in MLB, I would never recover.

I’m not. If anything that’s clear avout this case, it’s that TPD and FSU want to talk to ANYONE who had any information that might have helped with the investigation.

Basically, I think what I want to know is this:

Yeah. That oughta do it.

You didn’t even read what I wrote. I didn’t claim she had drugs in her system. Matter of fact, I said the opposite.

Also, if you knew anything about probable cause—which you don’t— You would know that it’s incredibly easy and legal to get DNA without a warrant. Just offer the suspect a bottle of water, for example. Then sample the bottle.

They’re not suing TPD because Civil rights actions against police departments are notoriously difficult to win and often have additional procedural and jurisdiction hurdles.

I did read it. The whole thing. All 199 pages of it. Because, unlike you, I don’t just run my filth-hole without knowing something about what I’m talking about.

Lol. Say, since I’m such a bad lawyer and since you seem to know more about my job than me and you’re the big expert here, maybe you could explain how probable cause works to me again?

Hahahaha. Ok dude. Whatever you say.

Baaaaaahahahahahaahhaha...I’m sorry, I’m just not done enjoying this: You just told me that I don’t know what probable cause is while SIMULTANEOUSLY publicly demonstrating that you have no idea how probable cause works or what it applies to or what it even means!

LOL...I AM part of the legal system. You may have noticed the Esq. affixation at the end of my name. LOL

By all means, people should read the depo of Ofc. Angulo—who, by the way moonlights as a security officer for the FSU Football Booster Club.

He was not “found innocent of rape.” He raped a woman and a system, collectively known as #Seminolenation, designed specifically to make sure that he was never held accountable functioned to perfection.

So what adjective would you use to describe a forcible rape where the victim was picked up over her attacker’s shoulders in a fireman’s carry and taken to the bathroom floor where the attacker put his hand over the victim’s mouth so that he could continue uninterrupted by the protests of his roommates’ or his victim?

#footballisfamily

As opposed to football, where nobody who isn’t a complete fucking idiot cares.

There is also the sworn testimony from FSU’s own Title IX compliance personnel that only 1 rape or domestic violence accusation (out of 41 total) against FSU football players was ever properly reported.

Where did I get that? The (front page, immaculately reported) New York Times story on the incredible level to which the TPD has been corrupted by FSU. A story that neither FSU nor TPD denied. Whoops.

Facts? You mean like the fact that the morning after the incident when the victim had her rape kit done (which, Btw, returned evidence of sexual assault) she said she did not know the identity of her attacker, but that the attacker had a roommate named “Chris” who was the only freshman starter on the FSU football
