You ain't kidding. It took me forever to get past this fight.... only to die on the jump RIGHT AFTER IT. Effin' game.

I thought it was a great movie. Much better than most tripe out there, but definitely not anything near Scott's earlier works. When it comes to the characters in the movie, I challenge the complainers to name the entire crew of the Sulaco without looking it up (and Ripley is obviously the freebie). -I- can do it,…
It was in Red Letter Media's review of the Phantom Menace. :)
I'd say it reminds me a lot of inFamous. Don't get me wrong, I really dig the premise, but there needs to be something in there so that you can't really reskin it to something else, you know what I mean? Either that or you'd really need a terrific script to make it stand out.
Oh, I believe it. The AC series has always had balance issues online, but for the most part, it's one of those rare games where you can pay to win. Namco's pretty guilty of doing that for a lot of their games, but hey, money is money. On a side note, I'm not a fan of AH. I preferred AC6 much more.
lol True 'nuff. And really, I'm not trying to get your goat. Just having a fun discussion about semantics, is all. I mean, figures in Robin Hood also existed, but Robin Hood isn't exactly non-fiction, either yah? ;) Anyways, I'll stop wasting your time (yes, I had to last-word you).
Oh, I totally agree with you, but the original comment seemed to be more about quality than sales throughput. I get what you were saying, but I was just playing the devil's advocate. It's one of those things where gamers talk about innovation and new ideas, but so very rarely are those two things rewarded by the…
I'd say your friend is only correct on a very, very small percentage of games out there. For the most part, DLC is aesthetic or balanced and not required to win anything. A lot of competitive gameplay is about learning and exploiting game characteristics rather than a single piece of purchased weaponry. The best…
In that respect, the traditional console is pretty much dead outside of portables. Even the wii has a bunch of non-gaming stuff in it, including Netflix support. I think the hardest hurdle in this direction is that once people adopt a set-top box for everything, how are you going to convince them it's worth money to…
Here's a thought:
I have already resigned myself to the fact that if I was to finish every game in my collection, it would take years of non-stop playing just to crack the surface. It will just never happen. :(
If unit sales determined the quality of the game, then Deer Hunter would be the greatest game of all time. Not that I prefer any platform over the other (they each have their strengths), but your argument is a bit rickety.
700 games and counting. I really hate my compulsive behavior sometimes.
I wasn't saying he wasn't an Arab. I was just saying using any argument of 'reality' to prove that he was a Muslim is misplaced as the game is entirely fiction.
I was in the mood for some music at work and put Sega Fantasy VI on in the background (I'd link, but google has reported it as a potentially malicious website, which doesn't make much sense, but I'd rather play it careful). For those who don't know, it's this awesome flash animation which is essentially the very end…
I am aware. :D
Agree. I don't think I've ever seen that style outside of Saber Marionette. It was pretty unique. Kinda like the style used for Escaflowne.
Do that with Taeyeon.
Put a pompom on the top of the first car and you've got yourself a Moogle!
