Mean!

So obvious.

This! I work in finance and cursed with knowing the truth in numbers in my job. I cringe going into meeting with product managers who have a new metric to tout every month, depending on which metric makes results sound better than how terrible they sound when compared with their budget or prior projection.

It comes across to me with a degree of smugness. He is one investor scare away from bankruptcy. If investors pull money before Tesla becomes profitable, it will go under. This joke does not seem wise.

If you are unsure you could avoid a pedestrian on a lighted motorway when going 38 mph, you REALLY shouldn’t be on the road.

Just look at the continual bashing of Elon Musk and Tesla. I come here to read reviews on cars and get car news, not for silly little agendas and Trump bashing. It really is all just to drive up views. I’m sure most of the writers here could really give two shits about cars.

because it’s technology. my phone randomly decides it doesn’t have enough space to keep working, but i keep using it because i don’t want to get a new one. of course, that’s not life or death, but rings the same with tech. as humans we’re optimistic that the tech that didn’t work in a particular situation will

That assumes he was paying enough attention to know where he was.

Exactly my thought. If you know it has problems with that very location the why the fuck aren’t you paying attention??

It’s like how every town has that one dangerous intersection that has a history of accidents. It’s common sense to keep your wits about you in those situations.

Tesla’s doing a fine job of buggering themselves on this one.

I wonder if they’ve checked to see if he was filming at the time of the collision. The only reasonably non-negligent possibility that comes to mind is that if he had observed the car drawn to swerve at that spot, and Tesla found his claims non-reproducible, then as an engineer he figured that he would document the

Same.

Apparently the driver had previously complained to family and Tesla about auto-pilot’s handling of that very location.

The multiple attestation is blowing my mind. All I can say is:

There will be driverless cars by the end of the year. Also Tesla is going to build 200,000 model 3s this year. Magic leap looks promising as well.

Cue the deniers.

I think the key on these matte finishes is a very metallic paint underneath. Gives it that kind of ‘mercury’ reflection.

Agree! The way the light hits it is crazy!! <3
