This! I work in finance and cursed with knowing the truth in numbers in my job. I cringe going into meeting with product managers who have a new metric to tout every month, depending on which metric makes results sound better than how terrible they sound when compared with their budget or prior projection.

It’s like how every town has that one dangerous intersection that has a history of accidents. It’s common sense to keep your wits about you in those situations.
