No, I mean the whole saga. 4-6 are good, 1-3 are pretty terrible, 7 is mediocre, and 8 is the best yet. In terms of nostalgia of course the originals win. But in terms of acting, directing, visuals and story, 8 is simply better.

You don’t have to be shown everything in the movie. It’s basic logic, and f you weren’t hunting for plot holes it wouldn’t even be a question. There are all kinds of “plot holes” in real life too, because you don’t know everything nor do you need to.
