felt like the rafi/randy craziness was somewhat of an homage to HDTGM. obviously, to shoot those scenes would've taken an outrageous budget. after the initially jarring switch to animation, i found myself enjoying it quite a bit. it provided wayyy more leeway for them to just go completely bonkers.
