They do perform a replacement joycon for this actually. (Its free) as you simply exchange your joycon for a new one. (They may change your joycon color which they did for me back in 2017. Lol it upset me at the time and i wound up buying a new joycon pair and keeping nintendo’s replacement as a backup.)
