Honestly I've repaired my fair share of Xbox 360's and PS3's, and I wouldn't call them low power and low heat machines. Especially the PS3 which I have yet to understand why their power supplies get so freakishly hot.

You could buy a Wii U to get all that, or get a HTPC. Built right a HTPC will be more powerful then a Wii U, Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3 combined.
