My impression is that they posted this story with this clickbaity* headline with the intention of inspiring people to swarm here and comment negatively about the judge, not to make people think she’s innocent.

I think some distinction needs to be drawn here. I don’t think the Judge is implying, if his hypothesis is correct, that Anthony isn’t responsible for the death. More that the intent itself would not have been to kill.

Let’s discuss better treatment for prisoners, better mental health support...but this is framed as though having a mental health issue in and of itself should qualify someone for release.
