Right on. That's not even counting the fact of the main character's "habit". I highly doubt they would be able to portray that with the significance and depth it deserved. It seems like it would be played out like some shocking "reveal" at the end of an episode.

I completely agree with you… she was a hot mess. Also, how can they adapt this book into a series? It's a pretty straight-forward story so I guess they would pad it out with a lot of filler? I enjoy a lot of Noxon's work so at least there's that.

Absolutely. There's no way they could pull off the cool stuff in the books without it looking really shitty. So what's the point?
