well this looks stupid as fuck

That's because people in apartments are trashy and don't have exhaust hoods that blow the air outside, they just have those microwaves above their stoves that have a fan. All that's doing is redirecting the exhaust fumes, it doesn't expell them anywhere except back in their house. I always knew it was cheap and stupid.

Are you implying that mature adults can't smoke weed?

I believe it. I'm taking a fitness and wellness class at my college, and it has not been making me happy. Even worse is when I work out, get drunk, and have muscle fatigue+hangover the next morning. I can barely walk up stairs and feel like I'm gonna die. No happiness here. :(

How does one value meal and 4 cokes end up being 20-something dollars?

Things like this are why I don't take Google or Facebook seriously as tech companies. This is just another way Google can monitor browsing habits and target their ads. Google makes some wonderful software, but I wish it was all with the best intentions.

I used to hate Microsoft, and Windows 8 will be the real test, but I honestly think Microsoft is becoming an amazing tech company right before our eyes, and people are barely noticing.

What part of this, besides full screen apps, has been done on the mac?

Yep, like the command line is a program in Windows 7. Scary thought, isn't it?

I hope you're joking. If not, please tell me all about the similarities between W8 and the AOL Kid's portal... The home screens both have various colored squares you can click on? That's like saying apple and orange juice are the same because they're both liquids and plastic bottles

"Vizio's how new computers"

what's the point of the clock one?

lol, there's definitely some truth to that. I don't use Apple products, but even I can't deny that in recent years Apple has hugely influenced the way we use technology.

It's not change for changes sake, it's change because the consumer tech marketplace is changing, and if they don't adapt to those changing needs then they're not a very good company. You're forced to use Metro because people don't like change, and learning to use new software. If they didn't force Metro, the adoption

Everyone hates on Metro, just like they hated on the Windows graphical user interface after MSDOS. "I'm too serious for this, I don't need goofy colors and windows. I know how things work, and they work well. Just the way I like them" Then, you got used to the advantages and decided to shut up. But it took TIME. This

That is one of the most appallingly unthoughtful questions I've heard in a while. Birds fly everywhere; almost all the time when they're in the wild. Sitting in a small cage all day is radically different from a bird's instinctual lifestyle. Dogs and cats, on the other hand, still have room to run and walk around when

"just stunted on me heavy"

If it was as easy as "stick some sunglasses and a telescope over your camera lense" then you would know how to do it by now. You probably need special euiptment to do this, just a guess.
