Tiddy bars hookers. Strippers are just young ladies trying to pay for college by separating you from as many George Washingtons as possible.

Just back it into the garage!

Whatever happened to the good ol’ days where you spent your stolen money on hookers and blow?

Or the owner farts a lot?

wastegate silencers was the name of my college punk band

Somewhere in my basement is a very old Tamiya Subaru Brat that I built when I was a kid. I’m thinking batteries now are far better than the recharge ones I had back in the 80's. Might have to dig that bugger out for a spin!

Keeping this car on schedule is great news for the Hawaiian shirt, jorts, and dad shoes (New Balance) industries.

I grew up in the late 70's-mid 80's so it was primarily Detroit iron. Several cool cars including a 69 Chevelle, 67 Firebird, 76 Trans am, 67 Goat, and more. One thing they all had in common was Cragar SST wheels. Man, I thought those were the coolest wheels ever.

Agreed. Just ask any former Enron employee.

A can of scrubbing bubbles will do wonders to clean up an engine bay. This car may need 2 cans. CP.

Nice truck! ‘87?

While not quite to the extreme that you speak of, I do get a lot of people who tell me that they had one just like mine, except it was blue, or 10 years newer, a Ford or whatever. I think it’s cool to hear the old stories and let people have a nostalgic moment.

Best way to clean up that engine bay? Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner. No, I’m not kidding. Empty a can on everything in there, wait about 5 minutes, rinse it off. Start the car and warm it up. It will look like new.

Think of the sliders you could make with that...

as they are across the street from a strip club which as you can imagine is also open most of the night.

My old ‘04 330i was like jumping into a box of 64.

That was an AWESOME Cheap Trick song.

The square body Chevy trucks are still reasonable. I found a ‘76 rust free out of Nevada. LS swap is on the horizon, when and if I ever get the time!

I prefer the upscale twin of this car, the Mercury Topaz.  The Tempo was for the commoner, while the ‘Paz told people you never settled for second best.
