So if I live there I can’t warm up my Jeep GC with the remote start? When activated the doors lock and the vehicle can’t be moved unless the fob is in the car. The cop would have no idea if the key is in the ignition or not since there is no keyed ignition. Or maybe I missed something that has already been pointed…

Same thing happened to me at a restaurant. I even had a witness and also the black paint from my car on the bumper of the Escalade that hit me. No ticket because it was on private property.
