You can search Twitter for #jadapose if you want to see what other people have posted. But if you write a supportive tweet and add #jadapose at the end, it will push the other stuff down when someone searches the tag.

You can report individual tweets, though I've never heard how responsive or good their team is. Other than that, you can try flooding the tag with support for her and push all the gross shit out of the way!
