I think it’s good the case was thrown out but it does set a dangerous precedence. The couple was mostly upset because they wanted both their kids to have the same father, which is something that goes beyond race. I have a hard time finding the actual policy positions that set Sanders apart from Clinton in a meaningful way. I also voted for Obama, but in retrospect I think we would have been better off with Hillary. The first term of Obama’s Presidency was a huge lost opportunity for progressive legislation.
