I know Bungie is going to be tempted to not punish players who are reported for cheating in this circumstance, but they definitely should be. If they’re doing this in PvE, not a huge deal, but during Iron Banner and Trials is totally unfair.

That would be one helluva strange stroke
The guy filming seems strangely furious about this, shouting for cops to murder her, then jumping in glee when she rolls down the embankment. You can hear the foam in his mouth. For all he knows, she may have had a stroke while driving.
Also, the videographer’s repeated, shouted demands of the police to “SHOOT HER” are sort of the ideal complement to this terribly shot video of terrible human behavior.
Worst crime here might be the camera man completely missing the moment she crashes.
