Seeing the video, it seems as though Earnhardt, Jr. tapped her pretty lightly. If he really was out to get her, her car would’ve been totaled. I felt he did the only thing he could do: hit her as squarely in the back as he possibly could while trying to slow down. If he tried to avoid her after discovering his brakes…
