What scares me about ReCore is the price. If it’s not a full fledged 60 bucks game, than what is it and what are its limitations.

Reading the article I think they are both. Renderings based on photographs.So they got somes pictures and rendered a little over them.

Yes and no. You still have to buy the DLC cars, so if you already have a Horizon 3 DLC car in other game, you will have to buy it but usually the past game DLC cars come in the game, to help inflate numbers.

I’ve missed the first two targets completely, so a quick question: If I’m following the target awaiting for a opportunity, does he leave the playable area at some point or I can follow him for hours on end until I find a suitable spot?
