Disagree. The true mistake was not using a digital tire gauge. Understeer like that only comes from being at least 1.5PSI over.

Completely agree. Also uploading a video where you can see the speedometer between 70 and 100 MPH on that road (among other moving violations), and using the Matrix theme. This driver is full of poor life decisions.
