Well I’m not white, so your criticism of my post is nothing but pure adulterated racism. And you can’t refute it because your skin is too light to have a valid opinion on the matter.

TL;DR Only black people are authorities on racism and any white person’s opinion on the matter is invalid.

The “if it’s not in racing, it’s no good” argument is BS. Much of the reason you don’t see it may have something to do with Buell’s patents. I remember when everyone said putting the muffler under the engine was stupid, now everyone does it.

It was about time.

Claiming that it’s bad engineering because not even racers use it is a bit backwards. Racing is dominated by the rules. F1 and MotoGP can’t use DCTs because they are classified as CVTs. Many things are restricted to slow racing down to ‘safe’ levels.

I wonder why Polaris hasn’t shown any interest in a tie-up? at this point it’s clear Buell needs someone well-heeled to actually run the business while he handles the designing and building of bikes. Sportbikes are one area Polaris has no reach yet (the Empulse aside.)

He says “under 40f” not “under MINUS 40f” you idiot, and 40°F is 4°C. Minus 40°F can only be found in Alaska, in Yukon or below the Polar Circle, and it doesn’t seem to me that he lives there. I may be over my head but still I’m better than you, since your head is deep in your ass!

what is upsetting about this is the fact it needs to be banneed. and people couldnt just not be douchebags for a few hours on the plane

Are block heaters illegal in Wyoming? Because thats the only reason I can think of for doing something like that, other than outright laziness.

This guy is full of stupid. Wyoming ain’t Canada/Alaska.

It’s a wrong behavior nevertheless, and is wrong also in the USA (and confirmed by another American reader here) because you have anti-pollution laws as well. Eventually, it’s wrong also from a behavioral point of view because he effin’ doesn’t care for his neighbors.. just imagine if at the same truck stop he’s

When I hear that he NEVER turns off his diesel, I stop watching because I do not feel well, when together with such an idiot.

“We briefly considered doing the right thing but then we realized that was expensive so instead were going to stay the course of doing the bare minimum and pumping that money back into the company so that the next generation of buyers will know the joys of being let down by German engineering”

As an owner of one of these vehicles I would love to see VW propose an actual solution and implementation timeline soon. If it has to come at the hands of a judge, so be it. I’m kind of getting pissed at being left in limbo on the issue for 6 months with VW thinking they have many more months to work out their optimum

Aren’t pre-school teachers basically educated babysitters though?

Security here seemed pretty decent. heavy bars on the doors, high grade surveillance, most likely functional security alarm (hence the ‘speed’ with which they moved.) The front of the store is protected from direct impact by concrete barriers (they look like benches, but are clearly overbuilt, with angled and formed

Modern cars, and not even just low performance ones, can do much longer than 3000 or even 5000 miles between oil changes. My FR-S is specified at 7500 miles or 7.5 months. BMW specified 10k.

1. Having the checks is ok with me. Assume what you will. But it’s a great illustration for how bad guys don’t care about laws.

I hope they all underwent the background check!
