This is not true. Good winter tires will always out-perform good all-season tires in the winter, and good summer tires will always out-perform good all-seasons at spring/summer temps.

I agree that a van can be a better vehicle than I truck. I love my eurovan. It’s the most useful vehicle I’ve owned. But it cannot replace the job of my other vehicle, my cloth-upholstered, rubber-floored, am/fm only, no-power-windowed Truck.

I liked GTA IV quite a bit, and definitely liked how it handled the wanted system and pedestrian movement/physics system a lot more.
