What? The C6 Grand Sport came out in 2010... no where near the last year of that generation. The C4 is the only one that had a Grand Sport come out for the last year of production. Also, the C3 had a Grand Sport (for racing) and that came out in ‘63 (first model year) while the C2 didn’t go out of production until ‘67.

Which is funny, because that’s normally what the engineer does... you know, the one that is a PE and has to stamp it as safe. The architect is the one that normally designs it, and has to have a loose understanding of what is realistically possible. Then normally it’s the engineer to make it possible.
If only more people took this view on other things, I think the world would be a bit less overly dramatic.
