Assholes.
Assholes.
I’m sure there are people out there just need a Z1 to round out their collection or have wanted one since they were new, and this would be a nice price. But nope, not for me. For funky doors, it’s just too much. CP.
Yeah, the guy is a Saab legend. Pours a ton of work into his vehicles, helping others, and running the Vintage Saab Club of North America (VSCNA).
I frequently use the word “objectives”. I bet I’ve even used the term “align objectives” (or the virtually similar “make sure we all are working towards the same objectives”). While I’m not a manager, it makes it very easy to know what I’m specifically supposed to be working towards to ensure the success of my…
That’s Bruce Turk’s Saab. The guy is like the Saab guy in the US. I’ve had a few phone calls with him when I had my 96 and there were a few very specific parts I needed but couldn’t find anywhere. The dude would just about give you his shirt off his back.
Or at least some pretense in what actually makes a Ford car different than the Chevy and the Toyotas out in the field. They are basically all the same, minus whatever stickers the slap on the thing.
If your only way to have a thick wallet is to avoid buying new cars, the problem might be your income source, not your expenses. Also, assuming there are people that cannot truly afford to buy new cars is short sighted and shows your lack of knowledge when it comes to personal finance.
Wait till the person texting thinks you’ve pulled away from the light and they rear-end you. Seen it happen.
Ugggg, you’re thick, aren’t you?
I manage money just fine, hence why I can afford new cars/motorcycles!
So I’m assuming you live in a trailer, drive a ‘98 Civic and only buy clothes from the Salvo? No, you don’t. Because not doing those things are an expense you are willing to pay. I drive ~24,000 miles a year in a car, plus ~6,000 by motorcycle. Having a new car is an expense that is worth it for me for how much time I…
I guess I’ll be the one that ventures out to ask, why wouldn’t only an idiot buy new?
I work at a plant that has “flexibility” and the workers love it. Wanna know why? Because if orders are low on a specific product line, so they build all the orders by noon, they aren’t getting sent home. They don’t get sent home because we simply move them to another line they are cross-trained on that has orders…
I had a 4-on-the-tree for a while (Saab V4) and it really isn’t bad. Reverse was a bit tricky sometimes, but other than that it was just as easy as any other manual. In spirited corners you could hit the shift lever though, but it’s not like it would pop out of gear unless you really wailed on it.
Skyfall was awesome, until they came up with this plan to go to Skyfall or whatever up in Scotland or something. Before that, it made sense in a “super villain hacks into the network” or whatever kinda way.
We should make our own Jalopnik. With Sean McDonald and picture/text quotes.
Since they are becoming the primary Cable TV demographic.
That’s how statistics work... you can’t slap a box on every TV set.
Also, i think 10k is to long to go between oil changes,
Someday in the future...
