Same, I didn’t even think of it as grinding as I’m used to--I just found myself on a relatively small island and explored everything. Except for accidentally running into a bounty hunter and getting slaughtered once, by the time I got to the story missions I was nicely leveled--not over-powered, but good enough.

I only just started the game yesterday, but I think I’m in the same boat. I explored Kephallonia for a while—and only completed a few smaller quests I happened upon—before really digging into the story quests. I actually sort of “ruined” a few of those quests—by the time I was sent to Ithaka to find Penelope’s shroud,

Uh, LA Hallucinations is one of my absolute faves.

To add to this—”I Really Like You” is perhaps my least favorite song on that album (or the “b-sides” follow-up EP). Not to diss it, it’s a fun song, but just to give you an idea of how fucking awesome of a pop album that is. Seriously, I still pull it out when I need a boost, and it never fails.

I LOVED how everyone just dismissed her this ep when she tried to bitch about being read on the runway. Monique just saying “Bitch, you’re safe” and then everyone just walking away and ignoring it was classic.

I’m so confused by Game Night. It looked like your average generic big studio comedy, but seems to provoke fairly passionate reactions. I have seen people who LOVE it and people who HATED every second of it, which seems odd for what looked pretty inoffensive.

This looks like Hellboy 3 but with shittier makeup. Seriously, what’s the point of a reboot if you’re going to do your best to ape the tone from the first two? It doesn’t help that del Toro has such a unique, weird tone that is impossible to replicate.

I’m sure it’s probably implied—but mentioning the giant library of past 3DS and DS games couldn’t hurt. They were both fantastic systems during their primes, and having one device that can play 1,000+ games (at least, right?), including many, many, many stone-cold classics, shouldn’t be scoffed at. If you’re a JRPG

Agreed that Scott is a turd, but that’s kind of the point. Everyone mostly hates Scott. Knives is obsessed b/c he’s older and in a band, but that’s about it. Ramona doesn’t really seem to care about Scott the first 2-3 times they meet, until he keeps fighting for her. Otherwise, except for the drummer/his ex (and her

So far, this experiment of blending 3D visuals with a lower framerate to mimic 2D animation just looks like garbage. The Dragon Prince did it poorly, this looks like it’s doing the same thing, and I just don’t understand. I’m sure it saves money and time to cut the framerate so much, but come the fuck on. Into the

A quick Google search failed to turn up anything, so ... what?

I have to wonder how much of that is by choice, and how much is due to his reputation as a bit of a tyrant on whatever movie he’s working on. He really is a phenomenal actor.

I am impressed, although not entirely surprised, at the staying power it’s had (also firmly in the “Nate is the worst piece of shit boyfriend ever” camp).

In almost any other case I would rush to the defense of the creator, because audiences/fans these days are complete assholes ... but I stopped feeling bad for him a few years ago. It’s ridiculous at this point.

I read that they were hesitant to do this after the reaction to Anchorman 2, which was a giant turd and was deservedly labeled as such. I just worry they’re blaming everyone but themselves for the reaction to it—”We made a great movie, it was just overhyped!” or something like that. McKay obviously isn’t lacking for

You’re so right, of course, but you wasted a lot of words on what is a quick answer: You tell them they can’t do that and to stop it right the fuck now. Non-negotiable. I don’t care if there aren’t baby-changing stations in the bathroom or what the restaurant is like, you just don’t fucking do that.

Yeah, the emptiness of the songs surprises me too, and I agree that it doesn’t come across as a good choice. If the songs were better, it might work. That surprised me because Honey, the 2nd single and title track so you’d think it would be a bit indicative of the album, is a fucking WALL of sound. It’s got an

I like Smash ok, but I really fucking hate the fanbase. This game has literally every Smash character ever, plus a decent amount of new ones, and they’re still constantly disappointed by every single announcement.

I STILL feel out of place in being hugely disappointed in Robyn’s album. Critics and Twitter all seem to love it, so I’m trying to be patient and give it some time (it took me a few spins to appreciate the title track, so I’m hoping the whole album grows on me too ...).

I know this whole article is a bit of a joke, and that even his Tweet is mostly a joke, but it just seems odd that you’d never mention the last part of that Tweet: “if only I could remember the start lol” because he had a serious drug addiction. I would imagine that’s really the point of his whole Tweet ...
