That is what the review sounds like, but it's not really true of the movie itself. More of this movie takes place outside of the ocean, that is absolutely true, but the balance isn't nearly as different as they claim, nor does it affect the movie, or how breathtaking it is, in the slightest.

I liked the first 5 minutes of this better than the entirety of last season. Violet has fashion sense to match almost any other queen on any season, but she still doesn't deserve the title "America's Next Drag Superstar."

I will always be a "defender" of T3, in that it's not a great movie, it pales in comparison to the first two, and the T-X was stupid … but damn if it didn't have some great action scenes. Especially that big truck race sequence.
