My theory - Targaryens marry each other. Now that we know Jon is one, I think he’ll marry Daenerys. The show foreshadowed that with her conversation with Daario that she’ll need to marry someone to secure an alliance. Jon Snow has something to offer her, and is her last blood relative left.
