Blackhawk blades were about $250K each when I was in the Army back in 05. MOS 15G here. I used to fix these things. And a leading edge that is cracked or damaged is not repairable. You can tell when they are cracked because the nitrogen leaks out.

The Hoonigans fender flares are actually metal and welded to the fender and blend in. The widebody Dodges are stick on fenders. They use an adhesive to attach the fenders. Or 3M body tape. Pick one. Still cheap ass way to do a fender job. I much prefer the Hoonigan approach.
