This guy is out of his mind. Not only does it have a broken transmission, but it’s 2WD, and it has the 2.5L. My dad had a 97 Wrangler with the 2.5L, and man that thing was an overworked turd. Getting up to speed on the highway was quite the task.
Certified Pre Owned is the way to go. Yes, more expensive than similarly used vehicles, but the warranty is stellar.
