i'm sure they were not legally required to publish the registration requirement, but they are definitely bastards for not. I'd be selling any stock I have in Toshiba Spain

@Siderz: Regardless of the way thats the most comfortable for you, I think we should all agree you should be able to hold a handheld device in any normal comfortable manner, and for alot of people, it involves making contact with the bottom left corner. Jobs himself holds a phone like this as he demonstrated at the

@color_guru: Cause I don't always want to (I like portrait for everything except pics and video), and its ridiculous that we should have to be that meticulous about how you hold a hand held device

@Siderz: I dont pinch to zoom with my fork. I, like you, normally use it one handed in my right hand not touching 'the spot' for some applications, but if i'm surfing the web or the gallery, I use 2 hands and hold the phone in my left using my right to navigate the screen causing my palm to rest on the bottom left

@NuevoLeon: How is that pinch to zoom working out for you with your one handed operations...maybe i'm stupid but I have to get out my second hand for most browsing & photo viewing

@Mayor McRib: I've had zero dropped calls with my evo so far after over a month. Seriously, apple & att have lowered your standards so much that you now think several dropped calls in 2 weeks is OK. Thats not good man, you should be able to talk w/out dropping calls. Try doing some data speed tests when holding the

@w1llk - Undoubtedly Cookies: Seriously, how do you hold your phone when searching the internet using 2 hands. I often make right handed calls not touching 'the spot' but when i'm playing games or searching the internet, i'm always touching it. You do know it kills your data, not just your calls

@boyracer: Exactly. Its a 20db drop and that on every phone. If your in a weak area, 20db will drop a call. If your in a strong area, it just degrades your signal. It does also reduce data speeds to amazingly slow levels too. Run a speed test melbicimni

I cant believe this is even news. My Omnia ran as a flashlight and that came out over 18 months ago. Been using my Evo as a flashlight too. Wow, is it really news if Apple does what everyone has been doing for years

It used to be that iphone owners would proudly display their 'cool' devices. Now they are hiding them to keep from being ridiculed about the antenna issue.

Honestly, I hate apple, but this lawsuit is dumb. Just take the phone back. No one is making you keep it. I think the antenna is a huge deal and would never buy the iphone4 as a result. If there is a defect, just return the stupid phone. They give you all your money back. I'm not sure what kind of damage claims you

of course if its 470 light years away there is a chance it doesn't even exist anymore. Here we are putting all this effort in naming a planet that even if it is a planet, may now be a big nothing

I really can't believe they are still trying to convince people that other phones have the 'same' issue. There are plenty of other phones with signal and other issues, but none allow you to short the freaking antenna when you hold the phone. Jobs must have pissed of his engineering dept with this phone cause its

@FriarNurgle: Not something wrong for still wanting one...but there is something wrong if you buy one with this issue still existing. You shouldn't except bad engineering/testing/customer service for any reason

I can't believe how many people defend apple on this. How do you make the whole corner of a hand held device untouchable and get away with it

@green or blue: Your an idiot. How are you ok with apple rendering the whole left bottom corner of a hand held device untouchable. Still waiting for GM to design a car that only goes in reverse

@virgil.ierubino: Lets just make a phone without a battery then...it will be super thin and light. And when people say, what the crap, we will just tell them to plug it in or buy an aftermarket usb travel battery.

@pj_rage: 12 y/o girls dont carry around DSLR's. Just see how long these last when kids get a hold of them. When you make a product to fit in your jeans pocket, it better be able to survive a scratch. My phone needs to go everywhere I go...thats it. It needs to be able to take a beating

@beatledud: I love phones without a case. Whats the point of creating a beautiful piece of equipment and then covering it with a crap piece of rubber. The case should be precautionary, not a requirement
