Weirdly garlic is helpful for me in foods and I also try and up my chewable probiotics and vitamin C before I go to bed.
Strangest thing: I use it for indigestion. Believe it or not, it’s effective at painful (not burning, not GERD) indigestion which manifests as a sharp ache in the upper chest. My stomach immediately untwists after drinking one tablespoon diluted in four to six ounces of water.
I never understood shaming at the gym. Isn’t that where we are SUPPOSED to go to get the fitness we need??
