I'm pretty skeptical about it too. It wouldn't be hard for them to win me over though. Overall, even with all the changes, I think they've always done a pretty good job on gameplay post-FFX. The biggest fault of XIII in my opinion was the story and the characters.

I think you mean the Varia Suit, bud. The Power Suit only appeared in the first Prime game for a brief amount of time and was actually... pretty ugly. The concept art from the other Metroid games did the Power Suit a lot more justice, imo. Anyway, I agree with ya. Wasn't too bad though still looked great overall.

Best card-based RPG? Baten Kaitos all the way. I never got to play the sequel, but the first one was a lot of fun and really nice to look at. It's too bad the voice acting (especially the in battle voice acting) is some of the worst you can hear in a game. Anyway it'd be nice to see this game maybe tap into some of

I know what you're saying. Then again MGS always had a little semblance of that with the porno mags and the empty ammo clips you could throw. It's a pretty old concept that they should develop more. Did you notice how you can blind soldiers with the watchtower light in the demo? It's a small, maybe even insignificant,

I'm not going to disagree with you from that angle. There are definitely things to improve within their own universe of stealth which, because of the new open environment, I'm positive we'll see more of what you're talking about.

That's not really my point though. My point is that there are different interpretations of stealth and how it works together the overall vision of the game and its mechanics. Which between MGS and Thief differ quite a bit. The stealth isn't as realistic as it could be, but I'm sure that's part of their intention

What works for one game doesn't have to become a standard for others.

Haven't started watching it (waiting for the presentation on IGN) but if that's the comparison you're getting from it then sign me up.

Wow at first glance I didn't think there was going to be much for you to actually put together. I thought for sure the guns and figures were gonna come at least a bit assembled.

Always good to see some more Nicholas Cheung fans out there.

Thanks for the info!

I think I'd like these costumes so much more without her shield getting in the way. Hope I can go without it when I check the game out.

Ah Lazerhawk is so good. Only recently discovered the music myself and haven't stopped listening. Really excited to see where this ends up. Anyway, one of my favorites is Cool Breeze if anyone wants something to check out:

I mean surely they should've seen this nickname coming at least? Seeing as how common people reference the X360 as the... 360. Saying Xbox One over and over is a mouthful.

Didn't say PC's were better. I don't even really prefer them. I was being sarcastic because of the outrageous price basically forcing people to import and how lame that is.

Sorry Argentina, you might want to get a PC instead.

I read somewhere that there will be a playable demo at TGS sooooo let's hope it's awesome.

Jumping all over this!

Hey now, those "terrible controls" is just one perspective. I quite liked them haha made the game feel more unique. Besides by the time RE3 came out there really wasn't anything to complain about since the intro of the 180 turn and dodging.

I agree... people let their fandom get the better of them sometimes. I appreciate the hard work it took to do this, but you'll get further if you would've just come up with an original project. However, by doing this it gets attention and possibly funding... but would be shut down.
