I think we need to be careful here, though. The message shifts on which member you talking about. It is either a) a hoax b) maybe a problem but market-based solutions are the way or c) a problem but market-based solutions are the only way.

To be clear, I want to say that I personally don’t believe the following argument, but I could see a version such as this to be made in good faith:
